Pulsar Industries
Pulsar Industries was initially established as Voltabox of Texas Inc. in 2014 in Cedar Park, Texas, as a subsidiary of the German publicly listed battery company Voltabox AG. The projects managed by Voltabox of Texas included batteries for trolley buses, mining vehicles, idle mitigation, forklift batteries, and large stationary ESS. After the IPO in 2017 (DB: VBX), the parent company decided to divest its U.S. business in 2021, following the COVID-19 pandemic.
