5.12kWh LiFePO4 Rack-Mount Battery
The Endurance 5 isn’t built for planned obsolescence. It’s built for systems expected to run for decades, with parts and documentation available when service is needed.
We own the BMS source code. We’ve audited it, we improve it, and we’re not dependent on any third-party supplier. The cells are commodity; the intelligence is what determines whether you can still use this thing in 2040.
kWh Capacity
Homesteads, cabins, and solar installations where the nearest service tech is hours away. LiFePO4 chemistry means no thermal runaway risk, and the standard EIA rack fits your existing equipment room.
Data centers, telecom sites, and medical facilities where uptime is non-negotiable. Standard 19" rack mounting integrates with your existing infrastructure. Scale from 5 kWh to 327 kWh as needed.
Emergency services, communications towers, and agricultural operations that can't wait for parts from overseas. When the grid goes down, your backup power needs to work without calling anyone.
Standard EIA 19″ rack-mount form factor means it fits the same racks as your servers, networking gear, and existing battery systems. No proprietary mounting hardware, special cabinets, or vendor lock-in on infrastructure.
Why We’re Different
We own the BMS source code and manufacture boards domestically. That means we can support this product regardless of what happens to global supply chains.
Order a spare BMS from any distributor. It ships in an EMP-protected bag. If supply chains collapse, you already have the part.
Standard communication protocols (CAN, RS485) mean it works with the inverter you already have, or the one you choose next.
Your battery works without phoning home. No cloud dependencies, no forced updates, no kill switches.
Your Endurance 5 has been running flawlessly for a decade. Then the BMS shows an error code.
For many batteries, this is the end. The boards are discontinued. Spare parts aren’t available. Time to buy again.
With the Endurance 5, your installer calls the distributor. They ship a replacement BMS, manufactured domestically, from source code we own. Total cost: a fraction of a new battery. Total downtime: one afternoon.
Spare BMS boards are available through Endurance 5 authorized distributors. Contact Pulsar Industries for the distributor nearest your location. Boards ship in EMP-protected packaging with installation instructions.
The Endurance 5 uses standard CAN and RS485 communication protocols supported by the vast majority of residential and commercial 48V inverters. We recommend the Indie 12 for a fully domestic FEOC-compliant system, but compatibility with other inverter brands is well established.
The primary differentiators are: domestic BMS manufacturing with source code ownership (enabling long-term serviceability), standard communication protocols with no proprietary lock-in, active spare parts availability, and a 10-year warranty backed by an engineering team that will still exist when the warranty needs to be honored.
